Where We Stand On AI Today

We care deeply about working hands-on with brands and marketers to make their social media marketing more effective, sustainable, and meaningful.
A big part of what we want for our clients is an efficient AF system so they can spend as little (or as much) time as they want on social media, all while hitting their business goals. When it comes to efficiency, we simply can’t ignore the power of AI to produce high quality and fast results.
That being said, we know many in our community are conscious consumers. Like us, you may have mixed feelings about AI. We also recognize that in 2025, truly ethical consumption is complicated. We’re all making trade-offs, whether we know it or not.
The ethical concerns with AI — from labor exploitation and environmental impact to privacy and theft — are not new. This has always been the way of big tech. AI is simply reminding us what we’re dealing with. We are swimming in a white supremacist culture that is inherently extractive.
Strong Brand Social has never shied away from this truth. We critique the social media industrial complex because we use it. We believe that if we’re going to participate, we have a responsibility to advocate for better — and to teach our community how to use these tools with intention, care, and strategy.
AI is a new layer of that messiness. But just like social media, we see it as a tool. And how we use it matters.
We don’t believe AI is inherently evil or inherently good. We believe that, like most things in life, it exists on a spectrum and how humans build it and use it says more about us than it does about AI.
That’s why we’re choosing to engage with AI intentionally. We’ve developed The S3 System™ AI Content Strategy Builder as an optional resource, built directly from our existing methodology. Thousands of brands have already created their S3 strategy without it — and everything we teach still works without AI.
Our hope is that for those who want it, this tool will help remove roadblocks, reduce burnout, and make it easier to implement what they’ve already learned. And for those who don’t want it? You’re still right where you belong.
Like most businesses, we’re still learning about how we want to use AI and all the implications of it. Our stance will likely grow and evolve as we gather more information. We’re currently exploring how to create an ethics policy to guide us and we’ll keep you in the loop as this develops. But regardless of AI, we’ll remain committed to helping clients build powerful, efficient, and sustainable social media marketing strategies that transform their growth results.
