SOCIAL SKILLS LLC d/b/a STRONG BRAND SOCIAL ("SBS") is committed to rights of privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect information from or about you, as well as how we may use or disclose some or all of this information. This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions found on our website, set forth SBS's general rules and policies for use of our Website. SBS may require you to agree to other terms and conditions, policies, or rules as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

SBS provides training, podcasts, blogs, and other information and services in the field of online marketing for individuals and businesses of all types, sizes, and make-up ("Services").
What Personally Identifiable Information (or "PII") We May Collect:

Users may subscribe to blogs or electronic newsletters, listen to podcasts, read about training sessions, seminars, and workshops, and purchase the same. From time to time, SBS may also disclose information to selected business partners, or other third parties offering products or services in which you may be interested, provided that such third parties agree to comply with the provisions of this Privacy Policy with respect to the use of your personal information. You consent to the access and disclosures outlined in this section, subject to the consent requirements described above.
How We Collect Non-Personal Information
SBS may obtain non-personal information from your use of our website and through the use of commonly used information-gathering tools. Use of Google Analytics and Google Ads
SBS may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads, including remarketing and Customer Match features, services provided by Google LLC ("Google"). These services use cookies and similar technologies to help websites and apps analyze how users interact with the site and to deliver relevant advertising.
The information collected may include pages viewed, engagement events, traffic sources, device and browser information, and approximate geographic location. GA4 does not store or log full IP addresses. Information collected may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating use of the website, compiling reports on website activity, measuring advertising performance, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage for SBS. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.
SBS uses Google Ads remarketing to advertise across Google Search, YouTube, and third-party websites within the Google Display Network. This allows ads to be shown to users who have previously visited or interacted with the SBS website.
SBS may also use Google Ads Customer Match, which involves sharing hashed customer contact information (such as email addresses or phone numbers) with Google so that Google can match that information to existing Google accounts on SBS's behalf, for the purpose of showing relevant ads to SBS's own customers and similar audiences. Google acts as a processor of this information under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms, and this data is used by Google only to perform matching services for SBS and to ensure compliance with Google's advertising policies, not for Google's own independent purposes.
You may manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the website. Where required by law, SBS uses a cookie consent banner that allows users to accept, reject, or manage cookie preferences before analytics or advertising cookies are activated. Personal information that SBS shares with Google in connection with Google Ads (including Customer Match) is shared and processed subject to the Google Ads Data Processing Terms, under which Google acts as a processor of that personal information on SBS's behalf, consistent with Google's obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation and Google's EU User Consent Policy.

Our website may contain third-party links that provide access to other websites, not maintained by SBS or its affiliates. If you click on these third-party links, you will be directed from our website to another external website, which SBS has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices, or services. Children's Privacy:
SBS does not knowingly solicit, collect, or retain information from any individuals who are under fourteen (14) years of age. If we learn that we have obtained personal information of a child under 14, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
How We Store and Secure Your Personal Information:
All data is securely and exclusively hosted in a data center. Roles are defined to manage access to any and all PII. To prevent unauthorized access to your personal information, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of such information, SBS has put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures as well as encryption and transaction security software to attempt to safeguard and secure the information SBS obtains from its website. However, no safeguards or security procedures or software is completely effective, and we do not guarantee the absolute security of any information provided to SBS or obtained through use of our website.
Policy Revisions:
SBS reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in our discretion. If SBS makes modifications, SBS will post the revised Privacy Policy on the website, which will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Privacy Policy.
