From Chaos to Clarity
When best friends and moms Lauren Lauterback and Courtney Cunningham launched Moon & Stone, an ecommerce company selling unique, one-of-a-kind crystals, they were fired up but also drowning in overwhelm.
“Before we found Strong Brand Social, it was chaotic. We had no idea what we were doing,” Lauren admits. “We were very anxious about how to do things right. We didn't really have any way of tracking what was working on our social media or any of our marketing.”

“The community has always made us feel welcome and not embarrassed. On my first Zoom call, I didn’t even remember how to work Zoom, and they were so patient and kind. This community has embraced all levels of where people are at in business, and we are beyond grateful for that.”

Looking Ahead
Now, just a few years into their journey, Moon & Stone is scaling with confidence.
“What are our future plans? We're just gonna keep growing. And something I love about Strong Brand Social is that they were perfect for us in our first year of business, but now we’ve reached the point where we need to hire. I was feeling some stress about that, but I know Katie and the team have a plan for our next steps. So we’re going to keep growing, and keep relying on the support SBSC has to offer us.”
